Claire Ritter graduated with a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Delaware and an M.S. in Counseling Psychology from Philadelphia Biblical University (now Cairn University). While working full time in her field of study, she never imagined God would call her to homeschool. However, when her oldest (of three) was just 8 years old, Claire received that calling and has been following it for 12 years. Her younger two are now high school students at Mount Sophia and her oldest is a young adult in college. Claire has enjoyed teaching General Science at the Wednesday Co-op for 7 years. She has a passion for teaching and brings boundless energy and enthusiasm into the classroom.
When given the opportunity to relax, Claire enjoys reading, swimming, hiking, traveling, and adrenaline-fueled activities like bungee jumping and jet skiing. Sky diving is #1 on her bucket list!
