Jacob Rainbow began programming at a very young age. By the age of 12, he had completed the Purdue University Computer Science AP course and passed the AP Computer Science A exam. While at the AP test at Kennett High School, he was recruited by the soon-to-be Software mentor for the Kennett High School Robotics team. Jacob programmed for the Kennett Robotics team for two years. Both years Demon Robotics went to Worlds.
Jacob has moved on from the Robotics team to other programming endeavors. He is now an aspiring game developer and is student teaching MSA’s Intro to Computer Programming with Mrs. Kathy Martin and teaching Video Game Development.
Jacob has been a student at MSA since 8th grade. He is active on the Swim and Soccer teams, Rhetoric, Math League, Science Olympiad, Leadership, Yearbook, Chorale, and Madrigals. He is currently working toward his black belt in Tang Soo Do.
