Mary Smith graduated summa cum laude from West Chester University with a bachelor’s in music composition. While at WCU, she took conducting and vocal classes, participated in the school’s choirs for all four years, and worked closely with one of the school’s conductors to compose a piece for their women’s choir, which was performed the following semester. Mary has given private piano lessons for 20 years. She has also volunteered as an elementary director at a local summer choir camp. She currently serves by supplying keyboard and sometimes vocals on Sunday mornings at Redeemer Fellowship, her church home, and also leads Redeemer’s Easter Choir. She is a homeschool mother to her and her husband Sean’s six children. In her free time, she enjoys practicing Chopin, songwriting, going for long walks, and reading Batman comics.
