Rachael Gill is a passionate science educator and homeschool mom who loves helping students discover how biology connects to the world around them. A Mount Sophia Academy alum herself, she earned her M.S. in Biological Sciences from the University of Delaware, where her research explored cellular mechanisms involved in extracellular vesicles in ciliated neurons, and her B.S. in Biology with teacher licensure from Liberty University, graduating summa cum laude. She has taught a wide range of courses, from high school biology and chemistry to college-level Anatomy and Physiology, at institutions including Grand Canyon University, the University of Delaware, and Caesar Rodney High School. As both a teacher and a second-generation homeschooler, she understands the importance of making learning engaging, meaningful, and accessible for students with different learning styles. She enjoys creating hands-on, interactive lessons that help students grasp complex scientific ideas and develop confidence in their abilities.
